FLIR thermal scanners have proven to be valuable assets in the fight against all major disease outbreaks, including the current Covid-19 pandemic. FLIR thermal scanners remain the only trusted brand used by Ministry of Health for fever screening at all border entry points up till now (April 2020).

Due to the successful use of thermal scanners to accurately and quickly identify persons with fever symptoms, MITI has even included the use of thermal scanners as a requirement in their Standard Operating Procedure for Companies in Operation during the Movement Control Order period.
