The HIKMICRO BX20 is an intrinsically safe thermal camera for use in hazardous areas where gas or vapour may be present. It suits oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical plants in Malaysia that need thermal inspections inside classified zones.

Use it to check pumps, motors, valves, pipework and electrical equipment. The 256×192 thermal sensor with under 40 mK sensitivity measures from -20°C to 550°C. It has a 3.2-inch touchscreen, about 6 hours of battery life and an IP64 rating.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.
