The FLIR i34 is an app-enabled thermal camera built on FLIR's new ACE platform, making inspections simple and consistent for technicians of any skill level. It combines 240 × 320 thermal resolution with a large 5-inch touchscreen and a wide 38° × 49° field of view.

Apps on the camera guide users through inspection routes, fault detection and baseline image comparison. Images upload over Wi-Fi to FLIR Ignite or Assetlink, and MSX® adds visible detail to thermal images for faster problem identification.

The FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
