The FLIR i34 is an app-enabled thermal camera on FLIR's new ACE platform, designed so technicians of any skill level can run consistent inspections. It suits maintenance teams that want the same routine followed every time, on every site.

It has 240 × 320 thermal resolution, a large 5-inch touchscreen and a wide 38° × 49° field of view. On-camera apps guide users through inspection routes, fault detection and baseline comparison, MSX® adds visible detail, and images upload over Wi-Fi to FLIR Ignite or Assetlink.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
