The FLIR i65 is the top model in the iXX Series, combining 480 × 640 thermal resolution with built-in LTE mobile connectivity. It lets technicians upload and share high-detail thermal data from the field without needing Wi-Fi.

Like the rest of the series, it runs on the FLIR ACE platform, with a 5-inch touchscreen, an 8 MP autofocus digital camera and app-guided inspection workflows for consistent, repeatable results.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is an industrial-grade acoustic imaging camera designed to revolutionise maintenance and inspection workflows. Equipped with 124 MEMS microphones and AI-powered severity assessment, it excels in detecting partial discharges, pressurised air/gas leaks, and mechanical faults. 

With built-in frequency tuning, precise leak quantification, and enterprise-level fleet management, this IP54-rated camera is an indispensable tool for industries focused on safety, efficiency, and cost savings.

The FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
