High Temp. Box Cameras

HM-TD2A67H2-7/Q

The HIKMICRO HM-TD2A67H2-7/Q is a high-temperature box camera that measures from 0°C to 1000°C, with a very wide 90° view. It suits steel, glass, cement and process plants in Malaysia.

Use it to monitor wide areas such as furnace openings, hot conveyors and process lines from close range. The 640×512 thermal sensor with 35 mK sensitivity measures from 0°C to 1000°C. It runs at 50 frames per second and is rated IP40.

Why buy from INFRAMATRIX? Genuine HIKMICRO fixed thermal cameras from INFRAMATRIX, an authorised HIKMICRO distributor in Malaysia, with a local service centre for calibration and after-sales support. Our thermal imaging training helps your team read and act on the results.

For temperatures up to 1800°C, see the HM-TD2A67H1-15/Q and HM-TD2A67H1-25/Q.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is an industrial-grade acoustic imaging camera designed to revolutionise maintenance and inspection workflows. Equipped with 124 MEMS microphones and AI-powered severity assessment, it excels in detecting partial discharges, pressurised air/gas leaks, and mechanical faults.

With built-in frequency tuning, precise leak quantification, and enterprise-level fleet management, this IP54-rated camera is an indispensable tool for industries focused on safety, efficiency, and cost savings.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
