Mini2Plus V2

The HIKMICRO Mini2Plus V2 is a smartphone thermal camera with a manual-focus lens for sharper images of targets further away. It suits technicians and contractors in Malaysia who want more detail from a pocket-sized camera.

Use it to check electrical panels, motors and HVAC units, and to inspect roofs and walls. The 256×192 thermal sensor with under 40 mK sensitivity measures from -20°C to 400°C. It has an IP40 rating.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
