The FLIR E86 is the top-resolution model in the Exx Series, with a 464 × 348 detector for fast, accurate detection of hot spots on electrical and mechanical equipment. Its wide measurement range, from -20°C up to 1500°C, makes it suitable for high-temperature industrial work as well as everyday inspections.

Interchangeable AutoCal™ lenses cover both close and distant targets, while FLIR UltraMax® and MSX® produce sharp, detailed images. Built-in Wi-Fi and FLIR Ignite cloud upload make storing and sharing results simple.

The FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
