FLIR G620

The FLIR G620 is a high-resolution optical gas imaging (OGI) camera for finding hydrocarbon, methane (CH₄) and VOC leaks. It is used across the oil and gas supply chain and in other industrial sites where emissions must be found and fixed quickly.

Its cooled 640 × 480 detector lets inspectors spot small leaks from safer, greater distances. Gas quantification runs inside the camera, measuring leak type and size without a second device. Autofocus, a rotating 4-inch touchscreen, a tiltable viewfinder and Wi-Fi upload to FLIR Ignite are built in. The G620 is not ATEX certified; for hazardous areas, choose the Gx620.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
