The FLIR T530 is a professional thermal camera built for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Its 320 × 240 detector (307,200 pixels with UltraMax®) and 180° rotating lens platform let you inspect hard-to-reach components comfortably, from overhead panels to equipment near the floor.

Laser-assisted autofocus and a bright 4-inch touchscreen help you capture accurate readings quickly. The standard range covers -20°C to 650°C, with an optional calibration up to 1200°C, and interchangeable AutoCal™ lenses are available from wide-angle to telephoto.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.
