The FLIR T540 offers everything in the T530 with a sharper 464 × 348 detector (645,888 pixels with UltraMax®) and an extended range up to 1500°C. It is designed for diagnosing faults in industrial, electrical and mechanical systems, and for spotting temperature changes in R&D testing.

The 180° rotating lens platform, laser-assisted autofocus and 4-inch touchscreen make long inspections more comfortable. Interchangeable AutoCal™ lenses let you switch between wide-area and long-distance work.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
