FLIR Thermal Studio Suite

FLIR Thermal Studio Suite is desktop software for analysing thermal images and videos and turning them into professional inspection reports. You can edit many images at once, adjust measurements and palettes, and build reports with more than 100 images using your own templates.

It comes in Starter, Standard and Pro editions. Pro adds radiometric video recording and Route Creator, which lets you plan inspection routes and load them onto compatible cameras. It works with radiometric images from most FLIR handheld cameras, and the optional Si-Series plug-in adds support for FLIR acoustic camera data.

The FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
