Mini2Plus

The HIKMICRO Mini2Plus is a smartphone thermal camera with a manual-focus lens for sharper images of targets further away. It suits technicians and contractors in Malaysia who need more detail than a wide-angle attachment.

Use it to check electrical panels, motors and HVAC units, and to inspect roofs and walls. The 256×192 thermal sensor with under 40 mK sensitivity measures from -20°C to 350°C. It has an IP40 rating.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
