The FLIR G304 is a cooled optical gas imaging camera for finding refrigerant and HFC leaks. It is ideal for refrigeration systems, HVAC, data centres, cold storage and food processing plants in Malaysia.

Catching refrigerant leaks early prevents downtime, protects stock and reduces environmental impact. The 320 × 240 detector shows even small plumes clearly, and built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® upload findings straight to FLIR Ignite.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
