FLIR G306

The FLIR G306 is a cooled optical gas imaging camera for finding sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆) leaks, along with ammonia, ethylene and other industrial gases. Electric utilities use it to check substation circuit breakers and switchgear from a safe distance without shutting down.

High Sensitivity Mode makes small plumes easier to see, and the rotating touchscreen helps on complex installations. Its 320 × 240 detector, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® send findings straight to FLIR Ignite for reporting.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
