FLIR Si1-LD

The FLIR Si1-LD is an affordable acoustic imaging camera for locating and measuring compressed air and vacuum leaks. Its 96 microphones cover 2–100 kHz and detect leaks from 0.3 m up to 130 m, with a minimum detectable leak rate of 0.01 L/min at 2.5 m.

The lightweight, one-handed design needs minimal training, and noise suppression keeps results reliable in loud facilities. The camera shows leak rate and yearly cost in real time, and results can be reported with FLIR Thermal Studio or the Acoustic Camera Viewer.

The FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
