The FLIR Si2-LD is an acoustic imaging camera for finding and measuring compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks. Its 124 low-noise microphones pick up very quiet leaks from 0.3 m up to 200 m away, even in noisy industrial environments.

Beyond leak detection, it also identifies mechanical faults such as bearing problems, supporting preventive maintenance and reducing downtime. On-camera analysis estimates leak rate and cost, helping you prioritise repairs.

The FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.
