The FLIR Si2-LD is an acoustic imaging camera for finding and measuring compressed air and gas leaks. Leaks are one of the biggest hidden energy costs in factories, and this camera helps maintenance teams find them quickly, even in noisy plants.

Its 124 low-noise microphones pick up very quiet leaks from 0.3 m up to 200 m away. On-camera analysis estimates leak rate and cost to help you prioritise repairs, and it also detects mechanical faults such as bearing problems.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.
