FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer is a cloud platform for FLIR acoustic imaging cameras. It keeps cameras and inspection data in one place, so snapshots and reports can be reviewed and shared across your team.

The Organization feature lets you manage cameras and users in groups from anywhere, without pairing each device by hand. It also helps you track how quickly leaks are fixed and what they cost, which is useful for energy-saving programmes.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is an industrial-grade acoustic imaging camera designed to revolutionise maintenance and inspection workflows. Equipped with 124 MEMS microphones and AI-powered severity assessment, it excels in detecting partial discharges, pressurised air/gas leaks, and mechanical faults. 

With built-in frequency tuning, precise leak quantification, and enterprise-level fleet management, this IP54-rated camera is an indispensable tool for industries focused on safety, efficiency, and cost savings.

The FLIR Si2-Pro™ is perfect for various industrial applications, including:

• Leak Detection: Identify and measure compressed air, gas, and other leaks from up to 200m away, minimizing energy losses and operational costs.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Pro™ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
