FLIR GF77

The FLIR GF77 is an uncooled optical gas imaging camera with interchangeable lenses, offering an affordable way to see gas leaks. Low Range (LR) lenses detect methane, nitrous oxide, propane, sulfur dioxide and some refrigerants, while High Range (HR) lenses detect SF₆, ammonia and ethylene.

Because it is also a radiometric thermal camera, the GF77 can handle both gas leak surveys and temperature inspections. Features include laser-assisted focus, 1-Touch Level/Span, High Sensitivity Mode, GPS and Wi-Fi.

• Mechanical Fault Analysis: Detect bearing defects, misalignment, and other mechanical issues early to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.

• Partial Discharge Detection: Pinpoint electrical discharges in high-voltage systems, assess their severity, and classify PD types for targeted maintenance.

To maintain the FLIR Si2-Proâ„¢ in peak condition:

• Regularly clean the camera’s sensors and microphones using appropriate tools to ensure precise measurements.

• Store the device in its provided hard transport case to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.

• Update the camera firmware via OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to access the latest features and fixes.

• Schedule routine calibration and servicing to ensure long-term accuracy and performance.
